Bob Kelly's years of experience in corporate development have given him an unparalleled expertise in all phases of project concept, design and development. As president of Innovation Project Development, Bob oversees a team of seasoned professionals in representing owners' interests in carrying through the vision of a project to its opening. In addition, Bob provides consulting advice on individual issues dealing with various aspects of project development.

Bob spearheads Innovation Project Development after a much-lauded sixteen-year career with various divisions of Harrah's. Most recently, he was corporate vice president international and new development design and construction for Harrah's Operating Companies, Las Vegas, where he was responsible for the design and development of gaming and hospitality projects both domestically and throughout the world.

Prior to that position, Bob was corporate vice president of design and construction for Caesars Entertainment, where he was responsible for a department of professionals charged with the planning and implementation of new plans for all expansion projects and for all on-going development activities for Caesars' brands worldwide. He also functioned in the same capacity for Park Place Entertainment and for Grand Casinos, successfully transitioning within the organizations through the series of corporate acquisitions.

Bob's expertise in development benefits from hands-on experience both in operational levels in the casino industry and in construction. As vice president of facilities for Grand Casino Mille Lacs in Minnesota, he was responsible for operational departments including housekeeping, maintenance, shipping and receiving, and construction expansions, and additionally managed every department as part of the executive training program. No less significant as a cornerstone of Bob's career is his hands-on experience as a master carpenter where he rose through a series of positions of increasing responsibility for residential and commercial construction companies before joining Grand Casinos.

Bob has been the holder of multi-jurisdictional gaming licenses throughout the country.
