Director of Gaming
Gaming floor mix is a constantly changing dynamic, and Huntley Biggs' role at Innovation Project Development is to see that it's optimized for our clients. As Innovation Product Development's director of gaming, Huntley is responsible for fine tuning gaming floor layout and design, slot product selection, and mix. He has a keen understanding of the issues affecting gaming profit and has experience in areas ranging from performance modeling and denomination mix to new product development.
Huntley has been in the gaming industry for fourteen years, ten of which have been in gaming operations. Most recently, he was manager of gaming operations for Bally Technologies, where he oversaw game operations for Mississippi and Louisiana. While at Bally, Huntley assisted the company with compliance issues, expansion of operations into Louisiana, and he led the company's rebuilding efforts after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Prior to that, Huntley was director of gaming administration for Park Place Entertainment, where he was responsible for assisting eight regional properties with budgets, floor analysis, game selection, game development, regulatory issues, expansions and reconfigurations. He was also directly involved with major expansions at Grand Casino Coushatta and Grand Casino Biloxi.
Huntley began his gaming career in operations with Grand Casino Gulfport, from where he advanced to the Grand Casino Corporate Slot Department.
Huntley has a bachelor of science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a post baccalaureate certificate from Tulane University, Biloxi Campus in Casino Resort Management. He is currently on the Tulane advisory board for the Casino Resort Studies program. Huntley has a Valid MS MGC work permit and Ontario Canada AGCO Gaming License.
