Dennis Beaudrie
Senior Project Manager

Dennis BeaudrieDennis Beaudrie is Innovation Project Development's lead Senior Project Manager. Dennis is one of the most experienced and accomplished field construction professionals in the Hospitality and Gaming industry, and he brings his years of practical hands-on experience and to-the-point problem solving to all phases of each project that IPD utilizes him on.

Beaudrie says, "The best way to successfully reach the finish line is to plan from the very first sprint with the end in mind. So I like to get involved at the very beginning of a project where I can have input into the initial design so that phasing and logistics concerns are part of the design solution and to help assure that all basic building systems are not only suited to their end uses but also suited to the specific construction challenges of each project."

Dennis started his career in the Detroit area with several laborer's positions within the building trades while also accumulating an impressive list of licenses and certifications that prepared him for future responsibilities. Beaudrie is a licensed contractor in several states, and holds certificates in estimating, quality control systems, facilities management, asbestos evaluation, and numerous computer based delivery and information management systems. After a four year stint as the lead construction supervisor for a large commercial construction and engineering venture in Detroit, Dennis moved into a management position for the construction division of an energy services concern handling all estimating, sales, billing and payroll duties.

In 1996, Dennis took his first position in the Gaming sector, working as the Director of Construction for Grand Casinos, Inc., overseeing $750,000,000 of construction at Grand Casino Tunica, completed in less than two years. From there, Dennis transitioned to the Director of Design and Construction at Harrah's Entertainment by way of the acquisition of Grand Casinos by Park Place Entertainment, which was then acquired by Caesars Entertainment and finally taken over by Harrah's Entertainment. During this period, Beaudrie was responsible for $428,000,000 of completed construction.

Beaudrie moved on to Cummings Corporation in California overseeing two main projects totaling approx $1,000,000,000. Beaudrie then joined IPD where he is presently managing the construction effort of the $100,000,000 expansion project at the Casino Del Sol in Tucson, Arizona.

Beaudrie's project resume includes: Grand Casinos Tunica; Cottonwoods Golf Course (a Hale Irwin design); Caesars Indiana Casino, Hotel and Restaurants; Chariot Run Golf Course; Mohawk Mountain Casino Resort; Foxwoods Pauma Casino and Resort; Four Winds Casino Resort; Red Hawk Casino Resort; and the Casino Del Sol project for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. The significant number of Tribal based projects on Dennis' resume is testament to his personal commitment to bring the highest level of service to this demanding and deserving sector.
